Construction is coming along well for our project over in Liverpool.


Tip: In most cases, your double storey extension would be required to be stepped back from the front elevation by up to at least 1m at the first floor level in order to achieve planning approval.

Tip: When creating additional downstairs WC's, be mindful not to create an inner, inner room as this goes against building regulations.

New Build Development - Site Survey 

South East London 

December, 2020

We have been appointed by a client to design a purpose built block of high end apartments in South East London.  We've been on site today with Cura Surveys (great team!) carrying out a measured land and building survey.


Tip: For all 'New Build Developments' we always recommend seeking 'Pre-Application Advice' from the local authority before submitting a 'Full or Outline Planning Application'.  This is a faster and cheaper way to obtain feedback from the planners in regards to your proposal and local policies.  (It is not a final decision)
