Great Sankey, Warrington

We had the pleasure of working closely with the homeowners on this project to bring their vision to life.  With a keen understanding of their needs, we embarked on a comprehensive design and build process that aimed to seamlessly blend the new extension with the existing structure while maximising space and natural light.

The double storey side extension was thoughtfully designed to provide an additional large and unique bedroom whilst adding an ensuite to the existing master bedroom.

The single storey rear extension features a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area along with a much needed utility room.

Towards the front of the house the existing living room has now been created into a small snug which then leads onto a generous and well lit office.

Careful attention was given to every design element to ensure a harmonious and stylish aesthetic throughout the home.
