There is much to be said about building or renovating a residential property which is why we offer a ‘Project Supervision’ service to take the hassle away from you. 

 Whether you just don’t have the time, inclination or expertise to manage your building works, we offer a service that aims to deliver your project on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Once selected, we will prepare contract documents between you and the chosen contractor/s. We then liaise closely with the builder and other subcontractors to ensure the project is going to plan. We will keep you informed each step of the way.

Regular site visits will ensure that workmanship and building practices are of a correct standard and adhere to building regulations and construction drawings

Saving You Money 

We aim to provide a cost beneficial service that will drive the ultimate price of a building project down. While we offer a fee based service, we provide cost management with the intention that savings provided are equal to or greater than the fees charged. 

There are numerous ways in which we can deliver savings - from designing cost saving building techniques, to ensuring trades overlap so the work never stands still and verifying suppliers deliver value for money.

We will manage all payments on behalf of the client and will not release funds to the contractors until the works have either been signed off by building control or a payment is due after completion of a phase, all of which will be agreed during the pre-construction phase of the project.

We can help you to work out a detailed, realistic budget, which takes into account fluctuations in the market prices of building materials. Our experts can then assess whether what you are building will offer good value for money.
