Converting a building can be a daunting task for a first time property investor but with the right guidance and support from your team you can benefit from very lucrative financial returns.

We was commissioned by a client to develop a design which had been proposed by an Architect they had previously hired.

Throughout the design process our main objective was to maximise the buildings full potential whilst complying with planning and building regulations criteria, which we achieved whilst also meeting the requirements of the clients brief.

The building is a mixed use property with shops on the ground floor and office space above.  The upper levels of the property will now house 9 self-contained apartments each with their own unique layout.
